People notice when a woman’s wearing a stunning piece of jewelry. They perk up and acknowledge not only her accessories. They see HER.

We don’t speak about this often, but it’s undoubtedly true: a well-styled woman naturally gains more respect and admiration. She gets taken seriously because she knows what looks good on herself!

Many of us are in visible positions, leadership roles, and competitive industries. It’s funny to think that a bold necklace or sparkling bracelet could make a difference in our career, but it does.

I’ve heard it said, “Jewelry is the personality layer.”  It’s how individuality can silently be conveyed.

TWIST is a beautiful jewelry store in Portland with an amazing online shop. They recently featured me in their blog discussing styles from their store that popped out for me. I am so pleased with this article and excited to share with my favorite people.

Here are my favorites. Several pieces are by Pippa Small who I tracked down at her studio in London. She’s tall like me and wears a huge shell around her wrist that she hasn’t taken off in years which I just love! The Dezso collection is also irresistible to me with it’s perfect blend of organic materials and faceted gemstones.

Since the holidays are approaching, now would be a great time to swing by TWIST and choose a piece or two that says, “Oh yeah, THIS IS ME!”
