On The Trails

Wild is finally hitting theaters in Portland and across the rest of the country. I bet you’ll be going! I’m eager to hear how you feel after watching Cheryl’s story on the big screen. I was invited to the premiere in which she, so thoughtfully, addressed her friends, loved ones and peers who were there in full support. She was stunning alongside the cast and crew and her husband. The film made me laugh and cry. They did an incredible job capturing all of the thoughts, mixed with emotions, blended with memories that Cheryl had while hiking the trail of self-discovery, and expressed so eloquently through her writing. I left empowered to share my story, to do what scares me, and to get outdoors more.

In honor of all strong women, facing their fears and finding themselves out on the trails, I’ve put together some earthy-girl style inspiration!
