On September 27th, the morning after the first presidential debate, I wore my “electric salmon” colored pantsuit, designed by Adam Arnold, to show support for Hillary Clinton. After explaining my overdressed outfit over and over again to a continually enthusiastic crowd of shop keepers and clients, I realized this idea had some weight to it. So, naturally, I committed to wearing a pantsuit every day through Election Day. #pantsuits4hillary
OK, I only own ONE pantsuit. But I do have a handful of blazers and a half dozen pairs of pants. Therefore, just like I encourage my clients to do when they need a suit, I’m styling my separates to make, hopefully, 44 unique combinations! #styleyourseparates
I have never really been political outwardly before, but right now, so much more than I can even conceive is at stake. I’m posting my pics from women-owned businesses who are with her too! #wearewithher
#pantsuits4hillary has become much bigger than just me… some have even called it a movement! #fashionforgood
It’s time to act! You can join us by posting yourself in a pantsuit from wherever you are in the world! #suitup
Click here to see pictures from our Pantsuit Party on October 13th at my studio where photographer Gia Goodrich shot us in our ensembles with Hillary herself! (well, it was a cardboard cutout of HRC, but still!)
